I've wasted 3 days trying to get them to give me a straight answer with issues I'm having and all they keep offering is me to pay another $200 to upgrade so I can fix it myself! The package I'm on claims to do what I need it to do and doesn't. Not only do the customer support just send you around in circles they have no interest in fixing any issues within their software. Been a long time since I've had to deal with this level of incompetence.
